Alubox™ is a Quebec company, based in Montreal, with a history dating back to 1950. In our early days our production consisted primarily of heavy-duty tool cases for telephone technicians. Since that time, numerous technological advances have made it possible for us to design and manufacture an impressive line of cases suited to the diverse needs of our clientele.

Over the years we have successfully added a wide range of new raw materials.. In addition, we have continued add new high performance equipment.
To provide our clients with unsurpassed service, we have created a product database. With this tool, we are able to quickly determine which chest, trunk or case corresponds best to the specific needs of each client.

  What makes us stand out

  • The majority of Alubox™ products are available in a wide range of finishes and colours. Some may even be personalised (logo, address in case of loss, etc.). Also, each case is identified by a serial number, which helps to locate it easily, and to verify the date it was put into service.

  • Our products intended for air transport have been designed and manufactured according to Air Transport Association of America standards (ATA 300, Category 1). These standards dictate robustness and security for cases transported in baggage compartments.

  • Aluminum Alubox™ cases have been submitted to CRIQ 's (Centre de recherche industrielle du Québec) most rigorous tests. This organisation has been a key influence in our design and engineering processes and has assisted us in improving the quality of our products.

  • We are an authorised agent and service provider for ZERO CASES™. Our representatives are excellent advisors when it comes to the choice of model and/or the possible combinations of product necessary to fill your needs.

  • We offer case painting and foam cutting services as well. We can finish your case in urethane or ethylene foam, or with an Ozite TM coating; all done according to your specifications.

  • • We employ the best tools available on the market. Many of the components used in the assembly of our cases are exclusive to Alubox™.
